SOCIAL ANXIETY GROUP
Individual therapy is offered for people aged 14 and up. Evidence-based interventions including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) are implemented.
